Mehran Nazari

Associate Senior Partner

Mehran Nazari is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with over 35 years of experience in spectrum planning and licensing, as well as the end-to-end design, deployment, and operation of wireless and broadband telecommunications networks across both developed and emerging markets. His career spans multiple technology generations, including GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE, Wi-Fi, and WiMAX, enabling him to take on key roles in the strategic planning and implementation of national and international infrastructure projects.

Mehran has extensive expertise in spectrum acquisition and regulatory compliance, radio access network (RAN) design, site acquisition and management, as well as developing network topology and signaling frameworks. He has also been heavily involved in the architecture and deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), offering innovative wireless coverage solutions.

Throughout his career, Mehran has served as a technology advisor to both startup ventures and established operators. He has helped define technology roadmaps, improve existing service portfolios, and develop enabling platforms. His notable advisory roles include serving as a Technology Advisor to the Rural Wireless Association (RWA) and as a member of the FCC’s Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC). He also served on the Board of Directors of the NG-911 Institute, advocating for the modernization of emergency communication systems.

Mehran holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.
