Fraser Curley

Fraser has spent over 30 years in the broader international ICT markets. During the past 10 years he has worked in both permanent and interim C-level positions, and shareholder advisory roles. His focus has been increasingly on turnaround situations with an emphasis on redefining and implementing winning business strategies for sustainable growth. He has had pivital roles within the telecoms industry, including head of (non-equity) mobile telecoms at Deutsche Telecom, CEO of Zain Saudi (Vodafone Partner network), Vice President Group Strategy and Investments at STC and lead telecoms Partner at an international management consultancy.

His Board/NED positions have included DETECON USA, Mozambique Cellular, Maxis Berhad and the parent holding companies of Turk Telekom, CellC and AirCel India. He was also chairman of the Dubai based media company, Intigral.

Richard Perry

For over 20 years, Richard has consistently demonstrated his ability to help clients make transformational change through strategic marketing and brand improvements. He has worked with a wide range of tier-one consumer brands such as American Express, TKMaxx, P&O Cruises, Virgin Atlantic, and Xerox. He has had equal success internationally particularly in telecoms with a diverse range of clients such as Bakcell, Nokia, Samsung, T-Mobile, and Zain.

Richard is a founding partner at creative communications agency, Founded, winner of the MAA Breakthrough Agency of the Year 2015. Formed in January 2012 with a simple promise to clients: “by using strategy and planning as our centre of gravity, we move people”. Prior to this, Richard was COO at gyro, an agency that he helped grow from 3 to 650 people in 17 countries.

Steve Jee

Steve has over 25 years experience of delivering counter-competitor solutions to Public and Private sector clients in the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia within the media, aviation, professional services, and manufacturing sectors. Past positions have included Partner at McKinney Rogers serving major international clients such as Diageo, Bacardi and Warner Brothers, as well as over 20 years as a military intelligence officer.

Steve has a MA in Strategic Intelligence Management and has presented at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) London.

Jed Stone

As one of the industry’s leading practitioners of “mission delivery”, Jed has spent over 30 years developing the skills of mission alignment and high performance team building in both military and business execution environments. His 25 year career in the Royal Marine Commandos included 12 years specialising in leadership, initiative and mission delivery training.

As a Regional Partner for a leading international consulting group, he has also served global clients such as Walmart, Barclays, Grohe and Pentair.
A keen sportsman, Jed has represented the UK internationally in two different sports and holds two Guinness World records.

Richard is a highly skilled and seasoned branding and creative specialist with over 20 years experience working with some of the world’s most iconic brands. His strategic marketing experience includes roles internally at Ford and Hutchison Whampoa’s UK mobile operations where Richard helped launch the innovative 3 brand.

The natural progression into agency and advisory work, has seen him take lead roles in the strategy and planning for brands such as Virgin Atlantic, FedEx, SAP, Samsung, T-Mobile, Zain, Bakcell, Nokia Networks and Sony Professional. He is a founding partner at creative communications agency, Founded.

Karl Booth

Karl has over 15 years’ experience in mobile telecoms including 10 years at Vodafone UK, where he held P&L responsibility for most of the indirect distribution channels such as Tesco, Asda, J Sainsbury, Boots and specialists such as Phone 4u. He was a foundering member of the Vodafone Wholesale Board running business development, Karl negotiated Vodafone’s first wholesale mobile MVNO deal with Asda and was part of the team which took Vodafone from market entry to No. 1 in 5 years creating an annual revenue stream of over £200m per annum.

Specialising at the intersection of FMCG and telecommunication, Karl is one of the UK’s most experienced MVNx industry experts. He has an MBA, and is a graduate of the universities of Surrey and Lancaster.

Robert Budafoki

Robert has extensive experience in both senior corporate management as well as entrepreneurial start-up positions within the IT , Cloud and telecom sectors. Key roles have included GM and Country manager at Cisco Systems, CCO at Magyar Telekom, CEO at T-Systems Hungary, VP Enterprise at STC and co-founder and MD of the cloud service provider Neostratus.

Robert’s board experience includes Chairmanship of a Middle Eastern Push-to-Talk operator.
