Evidence shows that even in well run operations, network loss can be up to 2-3% of total revenue, and significantly more in challenging environments.

Fraud Management
Complimentary to revenue assurance, fraud management examines the two main elements of purposeful deception of subscriber identity and intent to pay:

  • Subscription Fraud (False identities, call selling and call forwarding)
  • Technical Fraud (cloning, internal fraud, manipulation via TMN, IN or switching centres)
